What are these?

Is it the Style? The Price? The Designer Label? The Shape? The Wow Factor? The Fit? The suitability for your lifestyle? The blend with your other clothes? And do they offer a Feel Good factor?

OR...is it the feel of the fabric., the smoothness, the weight, the softness, the actual feel to the touch, that you are looking for

OR is it the fit? That the waist is comfortable, the trousers fit well when seated? Or is there a lovely freedom in the shape?

When you choose your clothes, all these 'Feels' have a subliminal and massive impact on your everyday life.

My conclusion is that in order for you to make the decision to purchase, all the correct factors need to line up!

As we all lead such diverse and busy lives, my focus is on BEING REAL, which I believe is so important in the morning when getting dressed.

What are you doing today?

There should be much joy in getting dressed with intention, whether you are having a wonderful day out, going to work, or just a day at home. My experience tells me that managing my wardrobe in such a way that makes decisions quick, clear and focused is KEY to successful dressing. (More to come on this in a later blog).

Literally to make your choice easier, I would suggest colour coordinated sections, also make sections for knits, tee's, trousers, sweatshirts, tops, and keep a further separate space for old items kept for 'chores'.

This is a well worth while action to consider and follow through on when you think of the time you will save each day. Remember too...when you take the outfit off each night...fold up and put them away, those items that do not need daily laundering.

Accessories can be added if required...and with that wonderful feeling of 'Good Clothes , mindfully chosen' You will be set up for a quietly . confident day. Once dressed, a quick 'mirror check' and there will be no need for further tweaking, adjusting or even 'breathing in'.
