Refund policy

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one. We accept returns dispatched within 14 working days of delivery by an insured and signed for carrier, e.g. Royal Mail special delivery. This period may be extended at our discretion. Please enclose your name and order number with the returned item.

We do monitor carefully the number of returns made by every customer and continued high returns will be flagged...We may, at our discretion, close your account and future orders may be refused by Walkers. Style Ltd. 

UK Returns - £3.95 Royal Mail Tracked 48

UK customers can take advantage of the Royal Mail returns portal, where customers can download and print off a returns label. Cost of the returns are a flat rate of £3.95 and will be deducted off the customer's refund.

The option to have your return parcel picked up from your address will be at no extra cost to the above flat rate. If you need any help, please contact us directly. 

For details on how to take advantage of this offer, please use the Royal Mail Tracked Returns service link below. Any customer choosing to use any other service do so at their own cost.

To create your returns label simply visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/1824 and follow the instructions. Once your label is generated, print it and affix it to your return package and drop it off at your local post office or opt to have the parcel collected from your address (see instructions below). 

No Printer? No problem. Simply take your email to the Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Points and they will print your label for you.

Free Collection To take advantage of the free collection service, once your returns label has been generated click on the Book a Collection button (under the What To Do Next heading) or click go to https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems and follow the instructions. You will need to know the weight and approximate dimensions of your return parcel. The collection address does not have to be the same as the address your order delivery address.

Once you have completed the collection request you will be directed to your Royal Mail basket where you must accept their terms and conditions and click the Complete Purchase button to confirm your collection.


Condition of Goods
All returns must be in the original condition, unworn and saleable. Goods that have been damaged whilst in your care in will not be accepted, nor will goods damaged or lost during return transit where items are poorly or insufficiently packaged.
Garments which have been exposed to smoke, perfume or make-up may  NOT BE ACCEPTED, or will be subject to a dry cleaning charge charged to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure good are packed securely and appropriately for return shipping. 

Special Orders or Altered Items
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of items ordered especially for you or which have been altered at your request. For these items no refund or exchange will be accepted.

International Returns (e.g. from USA and Canada)
International returns must have a completed Customs Declaration adhered to the outside of the package with the check box 'Returned Goods' ticked (or 'Other' if not available). This declaration must state
'RETURNED GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE UK.'
Failure to complete this declaration correctly may incur a charge which will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not use FedEx for international returns as they may levy a retrospective 'Returned Goods' fee on your package for which you would be liable.

Refunds
Refunds for returned items will usually be issued on the day goods are received back in-store. Most refunds will appear in the customer's account immediately however on occasions it can take up to ten  working days for banks to process the refund. This delay is beyond Walkers' control.

We respectfully request that prior to ordering large quantities of sale items, you check first with us that they will be suitable. We try to avoid multiple returns in sale season as this practice precludes all customers getting a fair chance of a bargain.
