Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one. We accept returns despatched within 7 working days of delivery by an insured and signed for carrier, eg Royal Mail special delivery. This period may be extended at our discretion. Please enclose your name and order number with the returned item. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged. We may, at our discretion, close your account and future orders may be refused by Walkers.Style Ltd.
Returns are made at the customer's own expense.

Condition of Goods
All returns must be in the original condition, unworn and saleable. Goods that have been damaged whilst in your care in will not be accepted, nor will goods damaged or lost during return transit where items are poorly or insufficiently packaged.
Garments which have been exposed to smoke, perfume or make-up will be subject to a dry cleaning charge.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure good are packed securely and appropriately for return shipping.

Special Orders or Altered Items
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of items ordered especially for you or which have been altered at your request. For these items no refund or exchange will be accepted.

International Returns (e.g. from USA and Canada)
International returns must have a completed Customs Declaration adhered to the outside of the package with the check box 'Returned Goods' ticked (or 'Other' if not available). This declaration must state
'RETURNED GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE UK.'
Failure to complete this declaration correctly may incur a charge which will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not use FedEx for international returns as they may levy a retrospective 'Returned Goods' fee on your package for which you would be liable.

Refunds
Refunds for returned items will usually be issued on the day goods are received back in-store. Most refunds will appear in the customer's account immediately however on occasions it can take up to three working days for banks to process the refund. This delay is beyond Walkers' control.
