Style Notes:
Wear over the tutu for a dressed up look.Notice one of our pictures of Ottilie the dress has been fastened inside which makes the silhouette narrower, and she was wearing the size small.
A small observation on fit...the fabric has no stretch. So the measurements on the bust are slightly more generous than a jersey dress would be.
